BALLET PILATES

Trains the body as an integrated whole, focusing on core, lower body, and upper body strength as well as flexibility and posture.
Ballet Pilates Conditioning — Private Program

We have developed a specialized Ballet Pilates Conditioning program utilizing a Pilates Reformer Machine, specifically designed for ballet dancers. This highly targeted training combines classical ballet technique with resistance-based Pilates exercises to support dancers at every level—from early training to professional preparation.

Our professionally trained ballet instructors work one-on-one with each student, using specific, repetitive ballet-based movements combined with Reformer resistance tension. This integrated approach helps:

  • Build muscle endurance and strengthen core stability
  • Improve flexibility and joint mobility
  • Expand muscular control of the back, hips, and limbs
  • Stabilize and protect the spine
  • Balance muscle strength and alignment throughout the body
  • Enhance neuromuscular coordination for peak performance

Unlike general fitness programs, our system trains the body as a unified whole, incorporating breath, concentration, and body awareness to achieve the kind of targeted conditioning that directly improves ballet technique and overall performance.
