Oksana Serobian, formerly known professionally as Oksana Vasileva, brings a wealth of international experience as a dancer, teacher, and choreographer, with a career that bridges the stage and the studio.

Performance Career
From 1996 to 2008, Oksana performed with the Moscow State Theater of Classical Choreography, dancing a diverse repertoire of classical and contemporary works. Highlights include Stanton Welch’s Green (2000), where she shared the stage with Bolshoi Ballet stars Nina Ananiashvili, Sergey Filin, and Dmitry Belogolovtsev.
Teaching & Coaching
Oksana has more than a decade of teaching and coaching experience, guiding students from their early ballet years through pre-professional levels. She has conducted eight State Graduation Exams (2012, 2014, 2016, 2018) and specializes in developing dancers for the professional stage.
For the past four years at Bayer Ballet Academy, Oksana taught and prepared two levels of students for the professional program. She has successfully coached students for Youth America Grand Prix (YAGP) and other prestigious competitions, where her students have earned:

Her excellence in ballet education has also been recognized by the Russian Ministry of Culture State Commissioner.
With her deep foundation in the Vaganova Method and a proven record of competition success, including Grand Prix and Hope Award-winning students, Oksana Serobian continues to inspire and guide dancers toward both technical mastery and artistic expression.
