Biography
Born in Armenia and rigorously trained at the Moscow Academy of Choreography under Professor Alexander Bondarenko, Arsen Serobian completed his Vaganova-based training in 1995 before relocating to the United States in 1997. Over the next decade, he became a sought-after principal and guest artist, performing with Chicago Ballet, Indianapolis Ballet, Canton Ballet, Ohio Ballet, San Francisco Dance Theatre, Oakland Ballet, Petaluma Ballet, Media City Ballet, and more in celebrated classics such as La Bayadère, Raymonda, Romeo and Juliet, Don Quixote, The Nutcracker (Lead Prince), Sleeping Beauty (Blue Bird), and Le Corsair (Conrad) (Learn Ballet Online).
In 2004, he earned the Lester Horton Dance Award for Outstanding Achievement in Performance for his portrayal of Komitas in Djanbazian Dance Company’s Kroong Bnaver. The following year, he graduated from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Los Angeles, expanding his artistry into film and television.

Digital & Educational Initiatives
In 2006, Arsen founded Dance Channel TV, Inc., a multimedia platform dedicated to ballet education and performance, and in 2016 launched Dance Channel TV Ballet Academy, where he continues to serve as Artistic Director and mentor. He also created Learn Ballet Online, a subscription-based platform offering Vaganova syllabus courses and personalized one-on-one consultations for dancers worldwide (Learn Ballet Online).
Leadership & Vision
As Executive Director of the upcoming Universal Conservatory of Arts in Folsom, CA, Arsen is spearheading an innovative multidisciplinary arts center—integrating professional ballet training, academic enrichment, and community engagement—to cultivate the next generation of artists and thinkers.
Whether on stage, on screen, or online, Arsen Serobian blends elite classical technique with compelling storytelling, continually pushing the boundaries of dance education and performance.
