Morning Awakening: Stretch, Strengthen & Center
Start your day with intention in this energizing 55-minute class designed to awaken both body and mind. Through a dynamic blend of stretching, light cardio, strength-building exercises, and guided breathwork, you’ll activate your muscles, improve flexibility, and cultivate focus.
